Tito Puente’s “Dance Mania” is loaded with melodies and rhythms that you can’t help but tap your feet to—a celebration of life and love and music so darn catchy, you just want to get up and dance! Ceja Vineyards produces wines with that same quality—there’s a certain joie de vivre in each sip.
Crank up “El Cayuco” and loosen up with the Ceja 2007 Sonoma Coast Sauvignon Blanc. Loaded with citrus and tropical flavors, this Sauvignon Blanc is a toe-tappin’ good wine that’ll have you doin’ the “3-D Mambo” with gusto!
The 2007 Bella Rosa—Dry, Crisp Rosé is the perfect palate quencher after a few numbers of “Dance Mania”. Kick up your dancin’ feet and sit out a few dances to enjoy the aromas of pomegranate and cranberries, followed by bright, refreshing flavors of tart cherry, pomelo and ruby red grapefruit.
Time to get romantic? Turn down the lights, turn up the volume (we suggest “Estoy Siempre Junto a Ti”), and woo your dance partner with the 2006 Sonoma Carneros Pinot Noir. Fresh, floral aromas of red plum and black cherry blossom lead to a savory medley of flavors—dried berry, herb and spice with soft tannins and layers of textures make this the perfect wind-down wine.
